Terms and Conditions for Phone and Video Call Appointments
By booking an appointment with Tus Trámites en México LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Service
Phone and video call appointments are provided strictly for informational and administrative guidance regarding processes in Mexico. They do not constitute legal advice in the United States and do not replace the representation of an attorney in the U.S.
2. Payments and Refunds
All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the appointment is canceled by Tus Trámites en México LLC.
If the client does not attend the appointment (no-show), the payment is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
If the rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice or if the client does not attend, the payment will be forfeited.
If the client experiences technical connection issues, the appointment will still be considered as taken.
4. Liability
Tus Trámites en México LLC is not responsible for personal decisions, delays, or denials of procedures resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or missing information provided by the client.
5. Acceptance
By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
